Biography

Born and raised in Colorado, Coach Robberson has been coaching at the competitive level for 15 years.
Initially serving as a Head Coach and Pitching Coach for boys ages 8-17, Heath made the transition to
comp softball seven years ago as a Head Coach in the Littleton area, most recently as Head Coach for
the Colorado Bombers 16 Gold team. His Bombers roster has been one of the top teams in the age
group since the move to comp ball at 10U. Over the past two years his roster has grown to include
twelve varsity high school players, two consecutive power pool bids at the Colorado Sparkler and two
consecutive Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series berths. Coach Heath is beyond excited about the
opportunity to support the Firecracker organization and its players and coaches.

While Coach Robberson will tell you his favorite sport is baseball, after having coached Girls Fastpitch at
a high level for 7 years, he will also tell you with 100% certainty that he will never go back to coaching
baseball. He believes that the speed, strategy, and competitive nature of fastpitch softball forces every
coach to learn, grow and evolve daily. Because players at all levels and ages play on the same size field
as collegiate athletes, there is a constant pursuit to adjust to the speed and power of the game. Add to
that; the ferocious competitive nature, strength, and toughness of the female athletes and it is clear
that he coaches to honor both the game and the efforts put forth by the players.
